2021 WCLS Premium Sale Information – Online Platform
Once you click the link to the sale website, you will need to register as a buyer. This will require a credit card number and will charge you $1 to insure you are a real person/account.
Anything you spend in the auction will be billed to you by the WCLS & Fair, not the actual website. The credit card info you provide is only used to verified your identity. Your add-on will be billed to you just as always. It will not bill to your credit card.
The online sale platform opens Thursday Feb 4th at 8am and it closes on Sunday, Feb 7th at 8pm.
If you click on “see lot details” prior to the sale opening, you won’t see anything… so you CAN register early, but you can’t add money to projects until it opens (Feb 4th).
Once it opens, each exhibitor will he listed along with a photo and bio and you will be able to select the exhibitor you wish to donate money to!
If you would like to contribute to our premium sale and you don’t have a specific exhibitor in mind, please choose Lot#1 on the platform. It is a general lot number, and will be for the overall “pool money” … this money is dived amongst all exhibitors. Please feel free to contact Alison Savage, Show Board President at 512-820-6012 or Mitch Thomas, Fair Chairman at 956-535-0936 with any questions.
2020 was a tough year … but it didn’t stop our Willacy County kids from raising some outstanding livestock! Please help us reward them for their resiliency and hard work!
Please share !!
